THE PIZZAS

Fabio makes fresh dough daily, letting it rise for up to 48 hours for a light, fluffy crust.

The tomato sauce uses San Marzano tomatoes from the volcanic soils of Campania, Italy.

The mozzarella is fiordilatte, traditionally know as the best for napoleon pizzas.

Using only the finest Italian ingredients, Fabio & Ester are committed to creating the best pizza in town.

MEET FABIO & ESTER

Fabio and Ester come from southern Italy, near Napoli – the birthplace of pizza.

They moved to Wales in 2010, bringing their passion for Italian cuisine.

Fabio known as “pizza pazzo” (“pizza crazy”), has been crafting pizzas since he left school, while Ester, the heart of everything else, prepares the starters and desserts by hand using treasured family recipes.
